"Older property in need of some tlc, but what stood out was the attention the staff gives to both the property and their guests. Every time I left my room there was someone cleaning in the public spaces on the property, room a bit dated but comfortable enough for a night. "

"Clean,safe, friendly staff and environment. It offers a variety of food choices from simple meals, good sit down meals, buffet and an elegant dinning experience- Ruthie’s (excellent steaks). I highly recommend Ruthie’s. It offers a good sports bar to watch your favorite teams/sports. The golf course is great with friendly staff to accommodate and make your golf experience pleasant. For those that enjoy gambling this resorts has it as well. Plenty of betting games to choice from. Great...

"Great hotel. Building is 1919 and renovated approx a year ago. Rooms are small studios (bath and shower separate from the sink which is in the studio) Hotel has a renovated factory warehouse feel--although this building was a social club. Exposed brick, hardwood floors etc. Really nice stay. Tons of free parking and cool restaurants all within walking."

"DISAPPOINTED. I made my reservation through hotels.com, paid for the reservation, received a confirmation number, and receive the receipt of payment for the room. When I arrived at the hotel they had no record of my reservation. I attempted the contact hotels.com directly through your AI assistant, and receive no response. I was then forced to pay again for the room directly to the hotel. I find this to be completely unacceptable and expect someone to contact me directly to resolve this...
