"The best capsule I have stayed in London. It’s brand new and hope it continues to be well maintained. Gender specific toilets and showers which is perfect. Stairs to the top bunk are awkward so you have to be careful, one wrong move and it’s a wrap! Great communal area, wish there was more seating and also couldn’t locate luggage room on my stay,maybe this need better signage."

"Great hotel but if you plan on working while you’re there, don’t. The internet was absolutely terrible. Fine for an email or two but for any video or even non-video conferencing be prepared to cut out every minute or two. Incredibly frustrating. "The property was in an ideal location, just off Trafalgar Square. The room however was not that great. The room was extremely small with a huge pillar in the centre of the room. The TV wasn’t working. The bathroom/toilet door wasn’t working properly and got stuck shut on two occasions. The shower also didn’t work properly due to a bent hose that let very little water out.
