"The elevator was not working most of the time I was there. I had to lug my very heavy bag down 4 flights on my departure. I was lucky that one elevator was working when I arrived, but 30 minutes later after checking in and heading out both of the elevators were out of service and they remained out of service until my departure."

Room itself was quite nice- modern and coloruful with a lovely access to the garden Cleaning team did great Negative point: -The air con kept maiking a rumbling loud noise every 20 mins, throughout the night which was a bit annoying. -Small navigable room between the table and the bed which was a bit uncomfortable - think my room was just below the reception and chairs were being moved about late at night...

"Beautiful room. We got a corner suite and it was clean, the staff were helpful and proactive. Whenever we had a question, someone was there to offer help or provide an answer. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. It’s located in a great area, walkable to so many of the landmarks we wanted to see and experience. Anything further away, you’re also close to public transit. We will definitely stay there again."

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an...
