"RUN, DON'T WALK FROM THIS HOTEL. This was the filthiest place I've ever stayed at in my 57 years of life. Spills and food left in mini fridge. Paint splattered on bathroom mirror and doors. The carpet was a thing of nightmares... at one point it may have been a brown pattern... now it was a sticky walk way that you don't dare put human skin on. "Our stay was a bit off here at STAYAPT. When we arrived communication was great and I was told where our check in box was which we did appreciate. However, when we gathered our belongings to head upstairs we discovered that the elevator was broken . This was an inconvenience because we had a lot of items and had to lug it all up the stairs. "Positives: Location was GREAT. It’s right by the LYNX blue line light rail and not far from Amtrak station. The property was clean and gave Boho modern chic vibes. The property staff were pleasant and accommodating while in the building during business hours. Good for short stays.
Negatives: checking in was HORRIBLE! I’m happy I caught the staff before 5pm because I struggled to complete the pre-check in and the check in on the lobby Kiosk. You’ll be chatting with a bot if you need assistance...
