"Amazing facilities"

"The worst trip ever. The staff was rude and tried to stuff us in a different room than what I prepaid for. I paid for ocean front with a 26 foot pool, they tried to stick us with a garden view. Only after asking for the GM did they switch us to an ocean front room. The service was terrible. They never came to pick up our bags after 2 phone calls, I dragged them to the lobby myself. Don't waste your money on this place. Not even close to worth it."

"I booked this property through Expedia under stressful circumstances — Barbados air traffic controllers went on strike, my flight was canceled, and I was stranded along with many other travelers. I found this listing, booked it, received a confirmation number, and paid for a taxi to get there. When I arrived, the owner told me she had no room for me and that the property was fully booked. "It was okay. Just need a few minor upgrades in terms of clearing rust on showers and changing bathroom cleaning supplies like toilet brush etc. The staff was really accommodating however "

"We were the only guests there in this boutique hotel. Amina (the manager) was wonderful and she was the only person working there. It was being a guest in someone’s home, literally Beautiful rooms and property with everything you could want and all the luxuries you would hope for Not a great location as the closest beach is at least 10+ minutes"

"This was and really nice. I came for 3 days. The live music up the beach was amazing. Only problem is that your a like secluded. Just something to keep in mind. I wouldn't advise coming on a solo trip! Great for couples!!"

"All in all the stay was excellent. Food was tasty, drinks were good. One of the best things was the late checkout option up till 6pm. Some points to note for improvement. Beach chairs were located at a very rough part of beach so you may want to swim at the section further away from the hotel. All inclusive suggests that food and drinks should be available all the time albeit less options but available."
