"I love where it is located across from central park. I do not like the hustle of time square.
Lovely property, spacious rooms. Very clean and friendly staff.

"The hotel has a great location, but the front desk staff was disappointing. On the day we checked out, we asked for bottles of water and the receptionist was rude and said they do not offer water to guests.
Very disappointed experience !"

"The shower on had 1/2 of a shower door, and we did not have enough towels to soak up the water on the floor, but they did send us plenty more towels right away for the next 4 nights, and the elevators were absolutely the slowest I have ever seen in my life , it even came to the point that my wife and went up to 3 rd floor by escalators the walk the stairs to the 7 th
Floor to catch one of the elevators that would stop there and only go up.
