"I give the hotel a 6.5 out out 10. It was not clean and had a smell. They did move our room but the entire floor had the smell that they could not get rid of. The staff did not have any answers of local spots. Housekeeping did not clean they just made beds. THEY DO NOT HAVE WASH CLOTHS SO BRING YA OWN!. The only great thing is the hotel is walkable to many eatery places and stores, so locations is great. I probably would not stay here again."

"Nice clean place close to Punda and Otrobanda. The staff is very welcoming and helpful, the room is cozy and price is right. Parking situation is not so great and the TV in my room did not work but I didn’t mind that."

"There is no onsite restaurant or concierge services however, staff are very helpful to assist with vouchers for a nearby restaurant and contacts for taxi services. The hotel is right in the heart of things, which makes it easy to get around town."

"Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was not squeaky clean but clean enough. It is an older building so keep that in mind, things won’t be new and modern. I didn’t like that all the windows wouldn’t shut - meaning others could look inside and see me. However I didn’t spend a whole lot of time in the room and there wasn’t a lot of foot traffic outside.
