"I looked forward to staying at Fairmont Banff for years now. When I finally stayed there, I don't think I will ever come back again. Paid the gold room for the benefit of the club access. First of all, the room is very small and does not feel high end and club offers much less than other club access we have experienced like four seasons and St Regis etc. I signed up for the membership for Fairmont finally. "The hotel is on the north side of Banff town, a 20-minute walk to the town center. The hotel provides free Roam bus day pass for guests to get around the town. It's convenient that the hotel has two very good restaurants on-site. I loved soaking in the rooftop hot tub after a long day exploring nature."

"This was the second time we stayed in the condo unit. It’s perfect for a family and can cook your own meals. On site laundry is also a bonus! Downside, there is no AC in the units. The pool was very cold and the hot tub wasn’t working. The sauna was very nice though."
