"Nice clean room but not all lights working. No lift which was a problem for me. Not enough staff in dining room considering there were two large parties in residence Breakfast chaotic, tables not cleared and items not replenished in a timely manner. Food was overcooked. It resembled a school canteen and because tables were not cleared people were told they had to wait to be seated. On our arrival reception staff unhelpful"

"Die Nester waren wirklich gemütlich und clever gedacht. Für drei Nächte bin ich mit einem kleinen Koffer sehr gut klargekommen. Die Badezimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und werden sehr regelmäßig geputzt. Das Personal war unheimlich freundlich und man hat sich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Ich persönlich finde die Klimaanlage hat sich etwas kälter angefühlt als die eingestellten 23 Grad und das Tür öffnen am Nest mit dem QR Code ist wirklich nervig. Da passt der Winkel gefühlt nie. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). "Rooms are on a first come first serve basis. If you check in after 3pm there is a chance you will get a room that isn’t like that pictures - when I request to get another room a man was not very helpful or pleasant to speak with but when I went back and spoke to a woman she resolved the issue very quickly and smoothly. No face towels, but the location was good."

"Excellent hotel. The staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms were very nice size and very comfortable. I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant or the breakfast, but the gym was very well appointed. The best part is the awesome location. Just blocks away from Tower of London and right next door to the medieval St. Olaf'a church. Highly recommend getting a tour of that as well. Free water in the room. "Although our room was very small, it worked for us for the 8 nights of our stay. We are grateful to the staff who immediately took care of the few requests we made ( wash cloths, ice, and extra towels). Since the room was so small we would have benefitted from having 1-2 hooks to hang towels and a soap dish in the shower. We also let them know the shower clogged after 1-2 minutes in the shower."

"Clean hotel, staff mostly helpful. Didn’t realize when I booked that I got a windowless room, so be careful with that. Then someone else open the door to my room while I was in there, because I think they were accidentally assigned the same room. The worst part was the green LED on the ceiling that lit up the whole room while I was trying to sleep, so note that if you like it dark. Overall I recommend if you’re in a bind or tight on money, but otherwise go somewhere else."
