"Good"

"Beautiful location, incredible spa, and Diamond Club certainly worth it. The restaurants are okay, nothing special, but overall the resort is great. We went for skiing, but definitely plan to make another trip during summer season. Indoor pool and hot tub were great for taking our toddler."

"1. Upon arrival we were sent to a remote room on the third floor far to the rear of the property. In the room, it superficially looked like housekeeping had it ready. When we looked again we found human hair in the bathtub. That sent us to look at the beds. The white sheets and cover had very numerous stains, including red blood or lipstick stains on the top fold of a top sheet where my teenager immediately declared she refused to lie down. "It was fine, it's a bit outdated and the staff could have been friendlier but overall not bad. Having a restaurant on site was nice, however the menu listed on their website does not reflect what they actually offer. For instance, none of the breakfast items were available, instead it was a buffet that never changed items the 4 nights I was there. "Restraint staff not existing waited 15 minutes to try to be seated no one in site left restraunt. "

"The pool was okay as far as cleanliness but it was way too chilly for me and my granddaughter to swim and play in. I realize there is a cost associated with a heated pool but in the winter it would have been a nice treat. I was told it was at room temperature and apparently that is considered warm enough to some people just not for me! Highly disappointed especially since there isn’t a hot tub. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone looking for a nice pool."

"Room was clean and well stocked. Newly remodeled room and building. Conveniently located downtown. Secure neighborhood. Hotel staff was very friendly, courteous and prompt. Only areas needing improvement were hotter water temperature of water out of shower and better perimeter security. An exterior door was noted to be ajar at one point. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others."

"the rooms where very clean, but the area around is not so good, to go to the centre of Anchorage you will need about 45 minutes by walk one way, but it is a good point for activities, but it will be better, to rent a car, because bus station is not near and the bus don't go very often"

"We chose this Hotel as it was in a great location for the Ceremonial start of the Iditarod. We were able to walk anywhere we needed to go for these events. Rooms were clean and up to date. Only thing thst we noriced we would have wanted was a microwave. One thing that did surprise us was the cost of parking in the area. $40/day to park your vehicle with the valet, and almost as much to park anywhere else in the area. "
