"I had a positive stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, even before the official check-in time, they kindly offered to store my luggage so I could begin sightseeing right away. They also provided a complimentary shuttle to the bus terminal, which was very convenient. "After hiking Mt Fuji this spot was a great place to rest and recover. The staff that greeted us were extremely friendly and helpful. We checked in to our large room that was clean and had everything we needed. We took advantage of the dinner buffet in the evening and then the breakfast buffet in the morning.
