Cari Hotel di Austria

"Beautiful hotel and great location, opposite Schönbrunn Palace. Easy to get to central Vienna by subway, which was very easy to navigate."

"Nice good breakfast"

"Good location quite place"

"Great"

"Nice location. The room is nice and clean."

"The room was lovely, especially the round window with seat. We didn’t do the breakfast buffet because we were worried we wouldn’t be able to get 24 euro’s worth out of it, but there were plenty of cute cafes close by that did a nice breakfast. Being right next to the station suited us as we came and left by train, and found everything either easily walkable or a quick metro ride away. Our only complaint really was that they don’t hold luggage for you - there are pay lockers available though."

"The hotel is clean and good location for early morning flights out of Vienna. Only and big complaint was the TV did not work, which for a new and modern hotel was a big surprise."

Danke 🙏"

"I am staying in many hotels, but this one is really outstanding so many small details from really good and big towels to free sweets and very, very kind and helpful personnel."

"Super 👌"

"One front desk clerk was excellent and she made up for the others. Did not like musty smell of the room and the breakfast buffet was not very good. Liked the location and the bar service."

"Cloud One is a 1.5 star hotel. BUT IT HAS A LOT TO RECOMMEND IT. Excellent location within walking distance of tourist attractions and good restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful. The price of the standard room we stayed in was very reasonable. Vienna is an expensive city to visit. Although we did not include the buffet breakfast in our plans, it is a bargain. The hotel has a nice bar that is well used by guests."
