"They did not have a room with a queen sized bed that I had reserved. When the owners were called to address the situation, they became indignant to the point of being unwelcoming - a very curious position given that they are hosts and were in the wrong in this case! By the time they had apologized, I had decided to move to another location."

"Had a wonderful stay. Arrived from an early flight and was pleasantly surprised the rooms were ready. Staff was helpful with recommendations and helping with the purchase of tickets to concerts. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had outstanding choices. Would definitely stay there again"

"Adjacent to main train station and bus station, very convenient. 10 mins walk to bus tour gathering location Hotel is clean and allow late check out with extra fee Staff is friendly and helpful. Check in and check out went smoothly. Buffet breakfast is good and a lot of choices "
