"We stayed a couple of nights here. The staff were excellent and very welcoming. We stayed in one of the beachfront villas with a private pool. It was a little tired, but a really good space with the ability to self cater. The outlook was superb, the pool lovely, very private and good value. The location is a little out of the way, and a different kind of holiday compared to the busy Denarau style resorts, but in my opinion, preferable. "

"The room was small but clean. The twin room was for 2 people but there was only one chair and no table. Upon raising the issue we were provided with another chair and a small table. This was helpful for eating in the room and for other purposes. I made a error by booking a small room. If you plan to stay more then a day then go for larger rooms. "I stayed in an ocean front bure, they are older Fijian style beach huts/cottage, which was exactly what I wanted. They do have newer renovated rooms elsewhere on the property. Remember this is a small locally owned and operated resort. In if you are looking for amazing views and peace and quiet, this is the place. There are 2 restaurants and the food was great. "We booked Nakelo off the online images, and upon arrival it was clear the damage they had sustained from the recent cyclone. Our first day was cloudy and a bit windy so it didnt show off the resort to its beauty. We had 5 days there, and by the end we didnt want to leave. The staff are lovely (Henry 1, Henry 2, Lannie, William, and the rest of the staff), and enjoy having a laugh or joke with you. "It was an average stay, the pool was out of use during my stay without any prior communication which was a disappointment.. There was a musty nd damp mell in my room on the fourth floor. The linens and towels were clean but the room felt very tired. The gym didn’t have towels our spray to wipe clean although there were sign up to are they were available. The equipment ws old and tired. It was ok for somewhere to lay your head and I wished I had booked 1 night not 2. Not really value for money...
