"I supposed to have breakfast included. And when i arrived to this place they told that i didn't have it. So then the people helping to open the door of the car they took my luggage and jacket even when i told them to wait i was paying for the taxi. They didnt care and all that just to throw my jacket and bagpack in the floor. Really ? . Then the shower its like 20 years ago. Not updated at all . "

"Enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Ipanema Inn. The staff and services were fantastic, very clean room, delicious restaurant, and an excellent location. Will definitely stay again!"

"Eu tenho varios feedbacks sobre o hotel e vou enumera-los por area. 1) O restaurante tem um menu muito pobre no servico a la carte; 2) O staff é bem cortês e amavel; 3)O quarto em geral é razoavel. Faltam gavetas para pessoas que vao ficar varios dias e nao querem deixar roupas em malas. O espaco é muito pequeno para roupas; 4)O banheiro é a pior parte: Muito pequeno e nada comodo. O suporte de papel higienico é muito long do sanitario e nem todas as pessoas conseguem alcançar. A pia nao tem...

"Th service was really great at this boutique hotel! The breakfast was delicious every morning, the locations was amazing, beach front but in a calmer part of Copacabana, not in the middle of the action. It was nice to go outdoors but then come home to a more peaceful corner of the neighborhood at night. There were a lot of cute restaurants nearby. The only downside is the our room was very small, but I guess that’s expected with a boutique hotel. The pool and gym were also small but they worked....

"The room was clean but hotel is older and generally looks better in pictures. Staff was nice, breakfast is okay.
Air condition in the room works fine but it is too loud so you can not sleep while its on."
