"Nice Hotel"

"When it is called a court yard, that was not a court yard, what it really was it was the back parking lot by the garage bins…. Disappointed, no face cloths in bathroom spiderwebs hanging from outside door so saying these rooms were not use a lot. Inside needs to be updated and the walls let’s just say need to better wipe down at lease once a month or when needed."

"Property is on prime location of the Falls views, our room view as amazing. What we did not like is the high price of the parking. So we had to Park offsite. The offsite parking was convenient. As they do have two shuttles, one at the hotel and one at the parking site so we did not have to wait long at all. One thing that we did not like is that the shampoo and wash gel did not have any in the bottles. They need to be better at checking these items before their guest arrive as others check out...

"You know everything is wonderful when the only thing you can complain about are the bathtubs. They are a little too curved, meaning no flat spot to stand with both feet. Other than that the place is great!"

"Before check in time I received an email stating that I was being moved to another hotel due to unforeseen circumstances and the same type of room that I reserved was to be honored. "The property is poorly maintained. Plugging in just two electronic devices caused the fuse to trip. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers were nearly empty, and there was a small conditioner bottle left behind by previous guests in the shower. The body lotion tube was also only half full. The TV is not truly a smart TV and was unable to connect to Netflix. The flooring throughout the property is worn and in need of renovation. The only highlight of this hotel is its mineral hot spring pools,...

"Très bien situé dans la ville de Banff. On peut se promener à pied dans le village. Le personnel est très accueillant et aidant. L’hôtel est propre et la chambre a répondu à nos besoins. La cuisinette nous a permis de déjeuner dans la chambre. Je le recommande à tous."
