"While the Fox is well maintained and welcoming, it was incredibly noisy. I did not get any sleep either night of my visit due to the noise of other guests. In the “adjoining” room, which I did not share with anyone, the occupant spent the first night yelling, screaming, and banging around. The second night, people were in the courtyard until 4 am screaming and partying. The doors to rooms open to the outside courtyard and you can hear every single noise. Finally, the room was tiny. I booked a double queen and the beds were barely considered a double. My husband and I had to sleep in separate beds. The tub did not drain which was concerning while showering. At one point the water was half way up my calves. I will not be returning to The Fox in Banff as it seems as it is a party hotel with no quiet hours."

"Hotel was easy to find and great location for tourists, easy walking distance to attractions. Hotel was clean, room had a nice view and the staff was friendly. We only disappointed with the jacuzzi tub in our room as it did not have functioning hot water, and we were unable to use the amenity, and we were not compensated for the inconvenience."
