"Family friendly"

"Third time visiting, the room and view weren’t the best this time, however a lovely hotel."

"The property stands because the employees. They are friendly, helpful and kind, thank you very much to all of them. I would like to mention that there should be access for disabled people to the theater and the disco (the entire floor where they are located) because it is a sad to watch them looking and trying to access it and then noticing that they will not be able to participate and there it is not inclusion for them."

"Not a 5 star hotel and the room although it was very big and nice, was dirty, particularly the bathroom. The pools are old and quite small, if you want to go to the beach you need to walk 25mins. There isn’t good coffee around and nothing to do. I don’t recommend it at all."

"Incredible service in a beautiful resort. The food is wonderful, especially Verde Mar. Splash out on the spa, you won't regret it!"

"This is the 2nd time we have stayed at The Grand Hyett , previously as the Dreams. Nothing has changed, we love the preferred club rooms, the concept of the lounge, being able to nip and make a coffee or have sandwich. The rooms are amazing, with a massive big TV , filled mini bar to be used free of charge, lovely toiletries, slippers, dressing gowns etc, all that you would expect from a hotel of this standard. We had a lovely room overlooking the adult only pool and the Rubicam Marina, it is...

"Great service by staff and great hotel with amazing food at all times."

"It was nice and pleasant, it did what it said on the tin, it was nice. I would suggest a good 3 star resort, or an okay 4 star resort. No real issues apart from the lift breaking down a couple of times and a room clean that could have been better. The question is would I go back? If it was at the right price and I was on a budget then yes I would be happy to return."

"Amazing Hotel and we will visit again"

"Stayed in this hotel six times now. The rooms are a good size, very clean. The swimming pool has several sun loungers and the pool is big. The gardens are lovely to sit in. All staff are very friendly and polite. Will most likely return again. Only complaint is no English channels on tv. There are German, Sustrian etc."

"♥️"

"Gorgeous hotel with a lovely pool separate one for adults, which was appreciated. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a lot of choice. Plenty of underground parking and you can also park outside on the street. Easy to find, just off the motorway. Room was spacious and had a little mini fridge. Supermarket nearby too. 10 mins easy walk to Port of Mogan."

"We went for the all inclusive package, the food and drink was excellent. The main restaurant had plenty of choice and changed the offering each night. The hotel ran free activities everyday which were always good fun, the pool was nice and they had a good system for pre-booking sun loungers on their app, but to be honest most days you didn’t need to and could always find a free sun lounger. The hotel was also in close proximity to the beach and you could walk to the closest beach in under 5...

"Sehr schöne und saubere Anlage. Großer Pool oben und 2 kleinere unten. Direkter Zugang zum Strand. Wir hatten nur Frühstück, dort fehlte es aus unserer Sicht an nichts. Suite wunderschön mit Blick auf das Meer"
