"Staff were friendly and helpful. The Spa and gym facilities are very good, with excellent therapists. The room was good and there are a variety of pools and outdoor areas to relax. A lovely rooftop terrace. We expected more activities such as tennis etc and had a disappointing experience at the hotels Montauk Restaurant, the worst meal we’ve ever had! Limited variety and the toughest Rib-eye steak! However, the Sessions restaurant provided a very good daily buffet breakfast. Good if you like...

"La chambre était très propre, même si assez désuète. Il manque quelques petits équipements (bouilloire, café thé) et nous avons manqué de savon à la fin du séjour, non remplacé malgré nos demandes. Les produits de la restauration sont assez bas de gamme, mais cuisinés avec beaucoup de soin et il y a toujours plein de choix. l’emplacement est idéal. "We could not turn off the aircon and it was cold. It could have been cleaner. No soap for the sink. Very spacious but not homely. Not enough pillows and we needed a blanket but there were none. The dining area, very busy and food ok. Took my wine before I finished it as we were the last in but did replace it upon complaining. Not for us Only a 3 star "

"This hotel was very large, with lots of steps to get anywhere. Only one pool was heated, the smaller pool, and the beds around that pool filled quickly. The food for British visitors was limited and the one shop was not permitted to sell drinks. We were able to purchase water from reception, but other than the bars, there is nothing else local. "Apartment fine. One bed unstable so good job it was only me. Safe costs extra, spa costs extra for the jacuzzi and sauna they have and the on site massage therapist never replied to my enquiries in WhatsApp so i took my custom elsewhere. Overall ok, only one cockroach spotted. Busses dont go all the way up so you will have to walk or taxi back in the evenings as the last shuttle bus back is at around 6"
