Bin in kitchen was dirty Bedding changed twice during 7 night stay No microwave or oven in kitchenette only a dirty kettle and hob which I didn’t use 1 washing machine and 1 tumble dryer located on site Breakfast nice Spacious rooms Comfortable bed Pools nice"

"Wir waren als Paar da und hatten ein sehr geräumiges Familienzimmer…Aber diese Zimmer Kategorie ist nicht im Hauptgebäude angesiedelt sondern in einem Annex(steht bei der Buchung nicht dabei) …Das Buffet war super und relativ divers und das Angebot für die Freizeit (zwei Pools, Gym, Billard, Tennis und Squash) war auch super auch wenn es eines Aufpreises und einer Reservierung bedarf um die Sachen zu nutzen wobei es bei uns vorkam das Squash ausgebucht ist leider (auser Gym und den Pools)…...

"Fantastic hotel in a great location with excellent facilities and entertainment. The hotel is very well maintained and our room was gorgeous and kept spotless throughout our stay. We stayed in a Rock Royalty room with the added perk of 15th-floor lounge access which was well worth it. We also had a separate VIP check in on the 13th floor. The staff were fantastic and breakfast in the RR lounge was excellent, with plenty of choice and eggs your way cooked to order. I had Eggs Benedict most...

"Falta renovación pero es algo que se sabe antes de ir ya que lo que pretende el hotel es encantar con los servicios y la belleza natural. Concuerdo con otros comentarios que la comida es mejor que en otros hoteles de 3 estrellas en los que he estado. Nota especial para el equipo de animación que hace un óptimo trabajo para entretener a los huéspedes que hablan español, inglés, alemán, francés e italiano."

"I booked a superior supreme view of front pool area. What I received was a room too far from elevators and very confusing to find. The view of pool was a little side pool. This was not what I paid for and no staff responded for my request to change. The property is nice but difficult for an older person to get around."
