"The property was very nice. Spa was great. Villa was amazing. Restaurants need help. Service is very slow and you have to get up from table to ask for things. Didnât like that the pool Bar/Restaurant closed so early. Pools are also way too warm. "

"Immaculate hotel with a nice pool and bar area. Nice long happy hour in the afternoon with delicious cocktails.
We saw toucans and monkeys regularly while here and the monkeys were very entertaining. All staff were friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend. "

"The pool was the BEST part about where we stayed! The kitchen did have a coffee maker, small fridge, a hot plate type burner to cook on and plates, utensils, etc. You do have to provide your own coffee, water etc, nothing comes included. "
