"Très bon hôtel avec peu de chambres, un accès direct à une plage accessible à marée basse moyennant quelques efforts car 15 min à pied avec du dénivelé mais cela vaut le détour vous serez seul, cave à visiter au fond de la plage de sable noir avec pas mal de vagues. Un accès direct également à une super cascade dans la jungle à 5 min à pied, vous serez également seuls, super expérience. "This hotel is a one of a kind. It is absolutely a marvel how such a hotel exists in the middle of the jungle/rainforest. It is simply gorgeous, and the staff is top notch! The property is amazing with hot springs everywhere - which are stunning and well maintained. The views of the volcano are stunning. So much to do here - You can even whitewater Kayak on site! There too many things to name to do a review any real Justice. What an amazing place!"

"Is a very nice resort, the buffet food had a good variety. They had fruit out at every meal. The staff was very helpful. We went to italian restaurant for one dinner, the food was excellent. The service was excellent there too. The check in and out was quick. Remember to drink water, it is very warm outside, especially when you are in sun. The beach was beautiful but it has a lot of large rocks. I am not a beach person but ocean views were spectacular. "

"It was beautiful! Traveled with family. The kids loved the pool, hot spring and waterslides. The grounds are gorgeous! Don't miss the mirrador at the top of the property. It's a gorgeous view of the volcano and lake. Food was excellent. Breakfast was plentiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was close to everything we needed as well as lots of restaurants. Highly recommend! "

"The hospitality was outstanding. The bar and restaurant staff were so nice and kind; and got to know us on a first name basis. The room was beautiful. The shower was next level.
