"The restaurant food and system was horrible. Everything in the buffet was poorly refilled and it was for the most part cold. There is no towels, and you are granted a key card for 1 pool towel to which there are only 2 swap out stations that close early therefore you carry a dirty towel until you are able to exchange it. "The thermal was amazing very well maintained. My only complaint was my room had a terrible mold smell . I didn’t complain at first but then I had headaches they sent somebody to fix but then the smell got worse the next day they offered me another room but I was about to leave next morning didn’t make any sense. The price that I paid I did not excepted that to happened"

"The only reason I rated more than 1 star is because of the staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had to form a line in the heat outside at 5pm to make reservations to eat at any of the restaurants other than the buffet. Latest reservation was 8pm but you were often buzzed early. If you didn’t you could only eat at the buffet because most restaurants were booked due to the limited seating at each. Very limited room service menu! Couldn’t order food at the pool! "Just got back from a 7 night stay. Had a wonderful time! The rooms were clean and loved the filtered water machine and cappuccino maker in our room. Most food was very good with Bamboo (Asian) and Manglar (seafood) being our favorite restaurants. The pizza stand by the pool was awesome! The pool and pool bar staff were fun. Shoutout to Alan at the club swim-up bar. Recommend paying extra for the club adult side of the resort if you are traveling without kids. The beach was also great! We swam in...

"Every thing was good"

"The food was amazing for our entire stay. I would stay here again just for the food. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beach is nice but there are a lot of old boats anchored in the water so the view isn’t great. Pretty disappointing actually. That and there is a tour pick up point right down the beach so there are boats and jet skis flying in and out pretty much non stop."
