"very well thought out the only issue I have is that it is still PEAK season and sufficient working staff is a little short handed so service at peak times is slower than normal but what they do have is a compassion too deliver satisfactory service. Expedia itself needs too be a little better with negotiating better rooms for continuous loyal users of Expedia when upgrades and room changes are necessary."

"Stayed 5 nights… after unpacked tried to take a hot shower. Putting the hot water on fully, no cold, the water temperature was Luke warm at best. When I complained, they sent maintenance.. he continued to say that he thought it was hot. I tried to change rooms and the water temperature was the same. They said it’s usual because so many people shower. But no matter what time of the day I tried, it was only luke warm. Also, the toilet barely flushed. I didn’t complain because I didn’t want...

"We stayed for 5 nights checking in Sunday and out on Friday. We chose this hotel for the nicer looking continental breakfast, price and location. The full breakfast advertised was not available until our 4th day. There was cereal, toast and watered down juice the other days. We were told their shipment didn't come in. Mind you we are surrounded by grocery stores and a Walmart is a half mile down the road. Management did not take the initiative to get what was needed themselves to take care of...

"Had a Wonderful 4 night stay with my family in one of the bayside efficiencies. Pool was great, all of Dewey Beach amenities 1 block away. Room was very clean."

"We had to wear sandals the whole time or else our feet would be filthy. Couldn’t walk bare foot from even the bed to the bathroom without our feet getting visibly dirty. Bathroom sink pressure was also nearly non existent but we did not say anything about that."
