"This resort is extremely dated and the rooms have not been kept up well. We stayed on the adults only side, this side lacks a lot and if you want any good food you really have to go over to the Palace side. The best meal we had all week was at Chez which is on the adults only only side but is only open at dinner with reservations.
Staff at both side are extremely unfriendly.
Punta Cana is pretty but I would never go back after staying at this resort and the experience we had there.

"I waited until checkout to write this because I didn’t want to spend my birthday vacation making complaints. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet our expectations.
We arrived after traveling all day and found our bed was damp. The staff did change our room after we reported it, which I appreciate. However, our room was also missing body wash, and we were never given towel cards.
The food was one of the biggest disappointments. Much of the meat tasted overly processed and the juices tasted...
