"Very friendly staff!!"

"The pros: The rooms were spacious, clean and had decent views. They had some fun pool side and night entertainment. Cons: The restaurant and buffet both had horrible food. I have stayed at other resorts where the buffet switched their menu daily, this one did not and options were very limited. There were only a few restaurants and the food was very subpar and service was very slow. There was a “Mexican” restaurant there that did not serve any Mexican food except for some stale nachos. There is another buffet there called the market which was never open the entire time we stayed there. The “sports” bar had a pool table and air hockey both of which you have to spend additional money to play…defeats purpose of all inclusive. The chicken wings at the sports bar were also very uncooked. Lastly please DO NOT get scammed into purchasing the ELITE upgrade because there was nothing elite about it. It’s a total scam. 2/5 experience would not recommended."

"Mi experiencia en Live Aqua Beach Resort Punta Cana fue simplemente espectacular. Desde el momento en que llegué hasta el último minuto de mi estadía, el nivel de atención y servicio superó completamente mis expectativas. Quiero destacar especialmente a varias personas que hicieron de este fin de semana algo inolvidable: Jonathan Cariñosamente “El Wala”: siempre atento, con una energía increíble y una sonrisa que realmente marca la diferencia. El sommelier Oscar: su conocimiento y recomendaciones elevaron cada comida a otro nivel. Joel: impecable en su servicio, siempre pendiente de cada detalle. Chef Héctor: su talento en la cocina es evidente; cada plato fue una experiencia. Wally (recepción del Aqua Club): desde el check-in brindó un trato cálido, eficiente y muy profesional. Joshua (en la playa): siempre disponible, asegurándose de que no faltara absolutamente nada mientras disfrutábamos del mar. Cada uno de ellos aportó algo especial, pero en conjunto lograron algo aún más importante: que nunca nos faltara nada y que nos sintiéramos verdaderamente atendidos y valorados en todo momento. El hotel en sí es espectacular: instalaciones modernas, ambiente relajante y una vibra de lujo que se siente en cada rincón. Pero sin duda, lo que hace la verdadera diferencia es su gente. Gracias a todo el equipo por un fin de semana genial. Definitivamente regresaré y lo recomiendo al 100%."

"This is such a great vacation spot! My husband & I had an amazing time from the moment we arrived. Everyone who works there is super kind & helpful which made the whole experience even better. The room was clean & the AC worked perfectly :) The only downside was that we had no cold water for the tub. My husband filled it in the morning & by early evening it was still hot but at least he could finally get in 😂 For an all-inclusive resort, the food was pretty good! Some hits & a few misses but there are multiple restaurants so you’re never stuck eating something you don’t like. We did pay for club & the access to Magna was definitely worth it! We also loved that there’s entertainment every evening & they end the night with a dance party. Definitely an Excellence fan now!"

"Belnin at the front desk, Eddy, Christopher & Perla at the Sports Bar were amazing and made our trip amazing and unforgettable. This is my second time at this property since first going in 2024 and I have no notes. Every single person on & off the resort were so kind and helpful. I loved the resort cats, the property was always clean and there is just endless things to do at this hotel. Best way to move around is via uber. HIGHLY recommend for anyone to go if you are ever traveling to DR :)"

"The hotel is very nice however it is a relaxful atmosphere meaning no entertainment nor local or top alcohol. The buffet was minimal. They do have casino however drinks are separate."
