Cari Hotel di Florida

"Just book it"

"Está bueno pero no tan bueno"

"Overall, I had a nice stay. The staff, from the concierge to house keeping to the waiters/waitresses, were very attentive, professional & nice. My room was very clean & the view was phenomenal! There was a jacuzzi tub in my room but I didn't try it out this stay. As for the property maintenance, I stayed at the Tresor Tower which was just as beautiful & close to everything. The only thing I did not like was the outlet did not work in my bathroom so I could not curl or blow-dry my hair in the...

"Avoid it. Terrible stays we got no sleep"

"We went to the park for most of the day, returned around 3 our room wasn’t cleaned then while we were taking a break in the room the person came in to clean she was very nice but left and never returned. We also had to wait 40 minutes for a shuttle to return to epic universe when while we waited 3 buses came for the other park? Far too expensive a stay to have to wait we missed out! Disappointed"

"Room heating was not working. Even after reporting it during the first day, not fixed during the stay"

"Very clean, nice staff. Rob was very helpful"

"All staff, especially Brian at the desk, were pleasant and attentive."

"Cool beach and back patio area, very pricy drinks, ok value for money but would search for better"

"They charged me twice for one night, claiming I hadn’t paid for it the previous night; I asked to speak with a manager, but there was no manager present at 9 p.m.🙁"

"The front desk staff weren't rude but they weren't friendly either. The bus drivers to city walk were not nice. The room was spacious and clean. The pool was just a pool."

"I liked how spacious the rooms where, but before booking it was confusing where we were staying and how many levels it really was. A layout of the space would be helpful. The coffee was amazing and so were the tacos at the taco trailer by the water!"
