"The property was clean and modern. The rooms were spacious, however the sink was too narrow which lead to water spilling on the floor when washing your face and the room is not sound proof therefore, you can hear people and sounds in the hallway very clearly."

"When we got to our room, it was hot. I realized the AC was not on. I’ve never gotten into a room in the air conditioning was off other than that. Everything was great. I did not have the breakfast cause I did not know they had breakfast."

"I’d recommend that others check this place out. We only had a short stay and really would have tried to enjoy a longer stay. Maybe next time. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The property is gorgeous and vast. Really would like to say that I’d stay there again. Oh…well we are but maybe next time for much longer."

"Great resort! So much for kids to do, the Surfari Waterpark is the best part, we spent 3 full days there and my kids really enjoyed it. The condo was clean, spacious and perfect for a family. The only downfall we noticed was the water in the shower didn’t get as hot as we’d like and the water pressure wasn’t very good. This may not be an issue for others, just something we noticed. The restaurant inside the resort was short staffed so food orders took a really long time to be served. Otherwise, great place to stay!"
