"I dont write many negative reviews and I realize this is a 2 star hotel but it could at least be clean. Walking across the floor after a shower in sock feet and your socks are super dirty. The room could use a serious deep clean. Water took forever to heat up and the pressure was non existent. When we got our first room we couldn't find it because of the weird layout. "Honestly , this was the best hotel experience I have ever had!! The staff was friendly, the breakfast was great and we were able to have our dogs there. The only person who was rude was a lady named Shan. She had major attitude and they also didn’t clean the room the three days we were there and never refilled the towels but overall 8/10. I would stay there again if I were to visit Destin."

Based on the hours of operation for the pool waterpark, and surf rider staying for only one night wasn’t great. We arrived and waited almost 2 hours for our room to be ready, the staff were kind and helpful but didn’t change the fact that by the time we were in our room the surf rider was closed, and didn’t open again till 2 hrs after check out.
