"the staff is friendly and prompt when you need something and this is HUGE place. Big buth tub. Working microwave and fridge. I loved that there was a restaurant onsite, pizza place, a small store and two swimming pools. What i think they can do better is, there was no room service till we requested. Carpet needs upgrade."

"Room was clean. And beds were comfortable. Staff at arrival was anything but helpful. Staff actually were unkind because I went through a third party company as Expedia. She actually made the comment “well you went through a third party company” so the only way I could get a room was if I paid more to upgrade the room. Horrible Horrible Definitely not worth the money paid for the room."

"The hotel isn't bad, but the pool is small considering the number of rooms. What I liked least was that they try to charge you for everything; on top of the room rate, they charge a nightly resort fee and $40 per night for parking—not to mention that food and drinks inside the hotel are expensive and come with a 19% service fee. The hotel has only one restaurant; it’s not bad, but it lacks variety. Honestly, it’s not a bad place, but it costs way too much for a mid-range hotel!"

"We had a 3 double and a queen pull out. I’d probably get 4 doubles and a full pull out as the pull out was uncomfortable but worked. The staff were great and the hotel was awesome. The kitchenette is small but worked for us, we saved a lot on restaurants Probably bring your own pan though. The pool water stayed cloudy for people not washing off after going to the beach. We took our two Boston terriers. The hotel has a 25 lb weight limit on pets. Unfortunately all the grass is across the street...

"The staff is really helpful, welcoming, and attentive. The room is clean and setup well when we arrived. I enjoy the amenities on-site + water fountain. There are 2 things that could have made my stays better: 1. The walls are too thin. I can hear everything going on from the hallway to the next guest room. 2.
