"Late check in…room wasn’t ready 6:30 pm. Floor in room was gross. Front desk accused me of stealing and after the fact refuse to have accountability. Zero stars do not recommend. Tried to call and complain Shariece was also very rude(recorded the call). I will never stay here again."

"We enjoyed our visit and taking part in the tennis drills. Everything was fantastic until the night before we left and someone new moved in next door. They had loud music and singing. The front desk did say they had quiet hours. Fortunately, it eventually stopped and we were able to sleep before our early flight out."

"Beautiful views...can't beat it! Sparse kitchen. Carpets could be cleaner. Be prepared to bring dish soap, paper towels, and dishwasher soap because none is provided. Pools are cleaned everyday. Wonderful relaxing views. Be warned and know beach flags warnings and how to treat an undertow !"

"The hotel was clean and wonderful. The staff were extremely friendly. The only reason for a couple of my low ratings is because the daily mandatory resort fee didn’t really get us much. If you want beach chairs or cabanas, you need to pay additional fees. "

"The staff is great and the rooms are clean. There is security personnel in golf carts keeping the property safe for single travelers like myself. And I love that they have a parking garage with plenty of spaces! That is a rare find at hotels in the area. 2nd booking and many more to come! Highly recommend this place."

"Absolutely incredible experience. The location of the hotel was on the strip in front of the beach. There were many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff was attentive to every need, including beach chairs, towels, sunscreen, and aloe vera. I am a critical traveler and I give this place a solid 5 stars."

"The hotel is nothing like what you see on the pictures. The elevator floors were broken, Cleaning staff ONLY come once every 3 days. The rooms were not perfectly clean. Water clogging at the bath. Small rooms, broken digital clocks. Old TVs connected to cable that did not work. Pictures can be shared upon request. I didn't experience the outdoor pool. When asked for to extend for a day, I was told to book it online via 3rd party - as it was cheaper. The way it was explained seemed like they did...
