"The property was clean and well maintained. Friendly staff all around. It was great with kids. Our only issue was the food. There was one cafeteria type restaurant and it was mediocre. The good thing was that there was an IHOP across the street for breakfast and a short uber ride to the city walk which had a Yardhouse and several other food options. "Bij inchecken probleempje wat boeking betreft. 2 dag ipv 4 bij Palmetto. Wel 4 afgeschreven. Receptioniste bood geen oplossing. Na tussenkomst van haar chef prima opgelost. Eigen parkeer terrein, gratis voor gasten. Iets ouder hotel met op wat zaken iets achterstallig onderhoud, maar wat een fantastische locatie. Kamers hoofdgebouw met uitzicht op zee en zwembad. "Pay to park . Room was average . Would not rent hotel again"

"The people were very polite. I did not know that I would have to pay an extra $15 per night for parking. The furniture and appliances were outdated. Sand on the floors. The outside showers were not working. Not much water pressure so all the sand that came off of you settled in the bottom of the shower. No handheld wand to help wash the sand down the drain. Lamp by the bed had a short in it so it flickered when you wanted to use it. One elevator wasn't working and there is only two. Thank...

"A few things the major one the fire alarm went off twice once at 2:30am and once at 3:15am and we had to evacuate the building for no reason, staff never told us anything no apologies probably had something to do with the 30 propane bottles on the side of the hotel, also who ever designed this hotel did not think about elevators until after it was built if you are on the second floor and your room is at the opposite side prepare to be walking forever, the layout was not great, parking is crazy...

"The sunny was a Great spot for my stay, it was nice, clean, welcoming and everybody was helpful the only down part was they didn’t have a microwave at all but that’s fine 10/10!!"

"Pros: -great location. You are right beside the beautiful beach. Parking is just infront and accross the street, and are plenty. -good option of things to do within the property. Cons: -our room has signs of mold. -stains and old scratches on the sink and toilet cover. -air conditioner vent is dusty. -peeling paint. -floor carpet is dirty."
