Cari Hotel di Florida

"Stove was very dirty. No sheets for pull out couch. Parking fees nightly. Might as well stay at a value Disney resort if you are going to Orlando for a Disney trip. Their All-Star resorts are cheaper if not the same price as this place. Thought I was saving money, but did not at all with the extra fees."

"We went to the park for most of the day, returned around 3 our room wasn’t cleaned then while we were taking a break in the room the person came in to clean she was very nice but left and never returned. We also had to wait 40 minutes for a shuttle to return to epic universe when while we waited 3 buses came for the other park? Far too expensive a stay to have to wait we missed out! Disappointed"

"Room heating was not working. Even after reporting it during the first day, not fixed during the stay"

"Loved our stay would stay again"

"All staff, especially Brian at the desk, were pleasant and attentive."

"Cool beach and back patio area, very pricy drinks, ok value for money but would search for better"

"very nice hotel with great amenities for family but needs to be updated, rooms smell bad due to carpet and no water in any bending machines! need more staff, but the ones available are very helpful. the price is very good but hotel needs care!"
