"This hotel has zero customer service. I wrote to ask questions and they never responded. When we arrived we asked for a two bed in the room they flat out said no when they could have separated the two twin beds that was a king bed, this is over water bungalow. There is no wheelchair accessible. The foods were terrible. When we ate there we waited over 15 minutes before anyone showed up. "Highly recommend this Moorea resort. It has amazing snorkeling in a coral garden at the beach next to the hotel, kayaks and paddle boards, a huge pool, a tasty buffet breakfast, and excellent service at the concierge and reception desk.
