"The staff and receptionists were very friendly and welcoming to us and made our stay most accommodating. Even at the restaurant the food was good. Initially there was a an issue with the shuttle surface where I couldn't find the driver at the airport but that was resolved and the room I got didn't have a balcony, which was what I requested. Other than that the stay was pleasant."

"We enjoyed our midweek stay at this resort. Great amenities and service. The river room was nice, we appreciated the kettle and tea and coffee in the room. The dried mango pack left after housekeeping was a noteworthy gesture. The bar service was exceptional, our server, Happy, was engaging and super friendly. He should be shadowed by some of the other wait staff to learn how to interact with guests in a confident but still courteous manner. Kayaking on the river was a memorable experience. The...
