Cari Hotel di Kota Gold Coast

"Very friendly staff, great facilities, well maintained, good location."

"The room at the Novotel are getting a bit tired. The location was great. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. We did not get our beach view room which was booked. We were staying for six nights they gave us one nights compensation. It did mean that we missed whale watching from our balcony!"

"Worst Mantra hotel I've ever stayed at. The price does not match what you get. The room is wore out. The WiFi is terrible, and they don't provide basic amenities like toothbrushes or slippers, instead they charge $2 for each. You wouldn't believe this is happening in 2026."

"Improving the wait times for the lift and offering on-site parking in the building would make the stay much more comfortable."

"Quite well maintained given it age. Lovely pool and spa all well maintained. The cafe and bar areas all nice. Easy stroll to the beach and amenities. Can’t go wrong. Ocean views a delightful start to the day!"

"When we booked, the Dorsett, The Star Grand and the Residences were all roughly the same price. The Dorsett looked newer, sharper, more modern. So we chose the one that sold the best first impression. And it does ok on this front. The pool is good, although the pool heating runs cool at night, and despite what the stock photos suggest, there are no loungers in the pool. The rooms look the part, but the service doesn’t quite match the price. No full room service. A minimal minibar. Restaurants...

"It was great for the kids"

"Excellent breakfast"

"A fun place for younger children, plenty of activities and fun atmosphere with a touch of fantasy. Clean and tidy rooms with a decent sized balcony lover looking lush greenery. The beds were comfortable, a nice big tv in the main area. My 14 yr old daughter and her friends found it too busy / noisy / crowded and too far to walk to the heart of Surfers !! Approximately 15 minute walk on a busy stretch of road to Cavill Avenue. Approximately 3 minute walk to Surfers Paradise North light rail stop....

"Great place for a stopover handy to public transport, convenience stores, easy free parking and an excellent free breakfast!"

"Very centrally located. Close to the public transportation and shopping mall Excellent breakfast choices; really enjoyed the breakfast menu"

"Nice property. Quiet location. Good amenities, my son loved the outdoor soccer court. Small bar fridge. Stairs only if not staying on a ground floor can make it difficult with heavy luggage. Parking far from rooms. Staff can help tho. Restaurant was understaffed for service on our night but food great."

"Very good option for younger kids - older style facility and the rooms are a little outdated, however overall I'd return as the pool facility is pretty fantastic. Room size and equipment is good."

"tunggu lift bisa lebih dari setengah jam"

"Enjoyed our stay"

"Fantastic hotel for those one that seek an alternative to beach"
