"Fabulous location and as such a very busy hotel. We had an executive room which was small, dark and needed much upgrading. Breakfast whilst the choice was good it was disappointing with much of the food gone and relacements were very slow. We were meant to have breakfast on the 9th floor but we did not get told this until the last day. Pool is great and staff were very helpful in the main. Great restaurants nearby"

"This hotel is lovely. As soon as we arrived and up to when we left, the service was excellent and the staff very helpful and friendly. Our room had a fabulous sea view. The breakfast was very good with a variety of food on offer and all of it delicious. The complimentary boat ride to the sister hotels and Corfu town was easy to access. There is a variety of restaurants and excellent food served in all of them. Two swimming pools and the beach, ensured that we could relax and soak up the sun."

"Nice hotel, well maintained despite dated rooms. Understand it's all inclusive if you have that option but charging extortionate prices to push people into going all-inclusive (15 EUR for all mixed drinks) is a bit much. Felt like the complimentary bottle of wine was lacklustre and a bit cheap for it was as it was only a half bottle with served with two walnuts and some peanuts. Same with the hotel only leaving a generic Birthday card in the room was really minimal effort that it may as well...

"Trevlig och hjälpsam personal men hotellet var inte så bra underhållet. Poolerna och läget vid stranden var mycket bra men rummen var i rätt dåligt skick och inte i 5-stjärnor standard. Likaså var deras spa bra men gymmet mindre bra. Att det var så ojämn standard drar ner betyget och gör att det inte upplevs som ett 5-stjärnigt hotell rakt igenom."
