"My room was on the first floor, and the noise throughout the night was completely unacceptable. I contacted the front desk three separate times. At approximately 10:00 p.m., I complained that the DJ music was too loud. Around 4:00 a.m., I called again because hotel employees were talking so loudly that it sounded as though they were standing directly outside my door. The response was simply “okay,” but nothing was done.

"Por el precio pienso que es mejor ir a casa Santo Domingo, la comida no me pareció rica y el precio es elevado. La atención puede mejorar mucho. Nunca vi el spa pero me parece un hotel sin más, muy normal pero el precio elevado"
