"Air conditioning - there isn't any! My room was like a sauna and it made it very difficult to sleep. The staff tried to help with a mobile air con unit but to limited effect. Otherwise, the stay was lovely, staff superb, wonderful breakfast. Also, be aware that the "cheaper" rooms are a long way from the main hotel - bit cheeky really."

"We had room 7 and the curtains are too small for the windows as light shines through the sides and soon as it light in the morning the room is very bright. Also as room 7 is close to the breakfast area when the staff turn up for work early in the morning before they start work you can hear them all chatting and making noise which is not there fault but with the room very light and noisy we were awake very early. "Lovely outlook and very comfortable with all amenities, although on quite a busy road so if you’re a light sleeper book a non sea facing room. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel on a great bus route, near a Morrisons and garage - lovely swimming right in front of the hotel. We had a lovely 4 night stay"

"We had a three-night stay at St Pierre Park Hotel for a holiday to Guernsey which was very pleasant overall. The room was comfortable, the hotel well connected by public transport to St Peter, Cobo Beach and many other attractions. We found the staff to be most helpful during our stay. "I have stayed at the Imperial Hotel on numerous occasions and always found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming. There is plenty of choice for breakfast. The views from the restaurant are spectacular. I choose this hotel mainly because it is close to my family who live nearby and also it has a regular bus service."
