"First it was the staff. I had made blunder when booking on line. The staff quickly checked on a room change, taking us directly to the room for approval. Second, the room was pleasant, large and comfy. "

"The double queen studio room is really nice at Home 2. All couches here pull out into a bed. It is spacious and clean, and the couch bed is actually very comfortable. There was a partition to separate me from my sons. I had some privacy. There is a big fridge because we needed to bring food for a competition. There is a sink outside the bathroom which is great to use for meals, and you do not have to wait from someone to get out of tge bathroom. The staff was phenomenal. The texted me throughout...

"I was a little worried about booking a room here, but only because it was super inexpensive. When I got to the hotel, the overnight counter person was extremely kind. It was around 3am and I’m sure he knew I was ready for bed. The check in time was maybe 90 seconds. On the way to the room, I noticed how clean and beautiful the hotel really was. Once I got to my room, my final fear vanished as fast as it was formed. The room was spotless. Bed comfortable. And very spacious. "
