"The Guest Services staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. Always willing to help.
The condo unit was clean and provides all amenities needed - from pool towels to dish soap. If you need anything additional they are happy to provide. The bed was very comfortable. Unit was a little outdated but worked for us. There are
Bbqs all over the property to use and are cleaned daily.
Restaurant had a daily happy hour and live music every night.
Highly recommend for all ages!"

"Every thing was excellent.Only negative thing was that the parking for the pool was not available.Tricky finding a place near the pool."

"Ocean view was excellent. Room was perfect and cleaned daily. Only complaint was a large group there on a business trip locked up all of the pool side cabanas for days, and left most of them empty, most days. Seems there should be an occupancy rule or a limit to the number of cabanas that can be locked up…or limit the number of days in a row. "

Otherwise everything else was excellent
Great service, liked the pool and hot tub.
Cabana area also excellent and Walter did a great job
Nice having a shuttle to and from the cabana as well!

"Our stay at Holiday Inn Express Waikiki was overall pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, I like that there is a microwave, refrigerator and coffeemaker inthe room. Although the pillows were too soft for me. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was a big plus, making it easy to get around. There are Bus stops near the hotel. Complimentary breakfast is also a plus. There were a few minor issues, like one of the elevator is not working and also the ice maker on our floor, but...
