Very nice, clean and friendly hotel. Good facilities and convenient location

We had a lovely spacious room with a great view over the city. The service in our room was very slightly off, one day they didn't wash the cups for glasses and then the next day they didn't replenish the coffee, but these are only small annoying overall it's a really nice hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

I would give 6/5 stars if I could. The staff all were brilliant and helpful, from dinner recommendations, to help with calling taxis and just being prepared for all requests and queries. Especially as my Japanese was not good. The concept of the hotel is very cool. The music in the lounge each night was well picked for the atmosphere. Is okay

The rooms were nice (I expected the kettle, the cups and the small fridge, but not the microwave and the washing machine), the staff were great, the breakfast buffet was generous, the location was excellent - all that, and the price was very reasonable too.

Pleasant hotel - friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable beds and very accessible for many of the Sapporo sights (including the snow festival). Good access to bars and restaurants nearby. The complimentary breakfast was excellent quality and - for me - was the icing on the cake.

All good, excellent location for exploring Hakodate. Staff recommended Times parking although there were cheaper options closer. Some minor damage to walls in rooms/bathroom stop this place form being excellent. A fine stay but nothing special, all good!

Everything was very convenient and user-friendly. We particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered a wide variety of fresh food, and the service was excellent. The onsen was clean, with well-equipped shower facilities. Parking was slightly inconvenient, although the concierge tried their best to make up for it with excellent service.
