"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The personal butler service was excellent. Our butler helped us arrange park tickets, laundry, and our daily itinerary, which made everything so easy and convenient. The hotel was modern with rooms equipped with latest technology. It was just a short walk to the east entrance of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park."

"We had room 301. Amazing views but the treadmill didn't work. The room was very clean and had a nice platform to drink tea and enjoy the views. There is also a jacuzzi to enjoy. The room is very big and spacious."

"We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is absolutely beautiful, and the location is incredible, right by Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, making it the perfect place to stay while exploring the area and its breathtaking sights. What truly made our experience special was the staff. Everyone was so accommodating, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, especially when it came to navigating the parks, planning our visits, and figuring out the best sights to see. A special...

The cabin they gave us had a spectacular view, and the food was also very good. Everything about our stay was wonderful. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely love to come back!"

"I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. A special thanks to the boss lady and the lovely front desk girl who greeted me every morning with such warmth and sunshine-like positivity. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the breakfast was very good. Everything felt organized and comfortable. The only issue was that the room I received looked nothing like the one shown in the booking photos. The advertised images featured a luxury suite...
