"What an awesome location. If you like it cool in the room this is warm. If you leave your window open at night on a weekend it sounds like your right in the party. But the hotel was awesome, lobby is wonderful and staff is super friendly. Would absolutely recommend this spot but know that it's loud on the weekend if your windows are open. "

"Vik I Myrdal is a small community, with a fair amount of options for lodging. It's location along the Ring Road makes it a desirable location to spend the night. We spent two nights. My wife and I think this may have been the most comfortable bed during our two weeks in Scotland and Iceland. The view from the hotel, primarily the back of the property, is absolutely stunning. We did not eat dinner in the restaurant, opting to dine "in town". The breakfast options were plentiful and tasty. Also, the staff are all super friendly and helpful. I would wholeheartedly recommend spending the night, or two, or more!"
