Cari Hotel di Île-de-France

"Bathroom was very small. Had to climb over the toilet to enter the shower and the toilet was very tight to the wall. Hard to use. Bed was comfy. Patios are beautiful. Staff was outstanding! Very helpful, recommended places to eat and called taxis for us when requested."

"Brilliant place to stay"

"The property has several 6 story buildings but there are no elevators. We were on the top floor so we had to bring up our suitcases which can be difficult for some. I think this information should be made more obvious on the listing to help travellers prepare for this. Otherwise our stay was fine."

"Superfreundliches Personal die Lage ist perfekt und die Jungs führen das Hotel wirklich grandios. Die Einrichtung ist antik rustikal und es macht einfach Spaß in der jeden Raum, sich die Deko anzusehen."

"Sauberes Zimmer, viel Platz. Klimaanlage. Kleine Küche mit genügend Platz im Kühlschrank. Esstisch. Perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt als Familie."

The hotel blamed...

"Fantastic property. Staff while friendly were definitely dealing with many many groups/parties. Check in time took a while. Property was fantastic. Close to train stations and cafes. Will definitely stay here again"

"Mise à part le personnel qui est vraiment très agréable, le reste est vraiment décevant. La qualité ne vaut pas le prix payé. S’ajoute à ça plusieurs mésaventure… je le recommande absolument pas."

"We had a pleasant stay at Citadines Saint-Germain-des-Prés in Paris. The receptionist was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful, and the entire staff was friendly and professional throughout our stay. Although we experienced an unfortunate housekeeping issue upon arrival, the staff handled the situation with care and professionalism. They were very apologetic and made a genuine effort to make things right, which we truly appreciated. Overall, we were very pleased with the kindness and...
