"Beautiful property that offered regular shuttles to Sorrento (20+ minutes away). However the food and drinks were very, very expensive and a long trip to and back to get anything else."

"新しいホテルだったのでとても綺麗だったし快適に過ごせた。朝食も大変満足のいくものでした。ただ、アメニティ類や、ティシュなどが全くなく、シャンプー、トリートメント、ドライヤー、トイレットペーパーのみで、ポットやコップなどもないのに驚きました。あとシャワールームが完全に個室になっていなくて壁が半分で足元も少しの段差しかなかったのでシャワーの水の排水が追いつかず溢れそうで困りました。海外ってそんなものなのかな？と思いましたが全体的にはとても快適で楽しい時間を過ごせました。ありがとうございました。"

"Beautiful hotel in the heart of Rome. Many restaurants and shops nearby and east walking distance to most tourist attractions besides the Vatican. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. No iron in the room which was annoying- there is supposed to be one in the galley on each floor but was missing for our 4 night stay. You shouldn’t be able to remove it! The roof terrace was lovely but a little too chilly while we were there in mid May. Will definitely stay here again when in Rome."

"Hotel opened in February. Clean lines, nice feel to lobby, bar, breakfast room. Our junior suite was large, comfortable, well appointed. Fabiana and staff colleagues provided excellent service and suggestions for restaurants, etc. Buffet breakfast was ample and good. I would return without question."

"All the staffs in Hotel Pacific Roma are very nice and helpful. The breakfast options are excellent. The location is just 5 min walk from a metro station to go to Rome Centre and 15 min walk from the Vatican City tourist attractions."

"Hotel was amazing very clean staff were great and loved the breakfast only thing was when I booked it I read they had a shuttle bus it said dropping you in Rome and surrounding areas they need to reword it because they only drop you at train station and only maybe twice a day and when we tried to book it was full we spent an absolute fortune on taxis but hotel room with balcony was very good"

"Hip hotel in Florence. It’s an eclectic mix of students and tourists at the hotel. The location is convenient. A short walk to the train station and easy access to historic Florence. The free laundry machines were a nice bonus in the middle of our trip through Italy."

"The room was clean and it’s a normal space for a hotel room. The hotel was nice, I like the set up, with work spaces, lounges inside and outside of the hotel. Very cool. The only thing is, if you want to go to Vatican City, which the majority of the things we wanted to do, including the Coliseum, we had to catch a taxi every day, twice a day. Taxi fare is expensive. And it takes about 25-30 mnts. Not whole of of things to do near the hotel."

"Staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal with an impressive variety of choices. I would absolutely stay here again if (when) I return to Rome. My stay was in June so the air conditioning was very welcome."
