Cari Hotel di Italia

"Super nice staff. Close to everything. Breakfast we good."

"Cons: This is a tired boutique-ish hotel. The suite with hot tub was small (by American suite standards), the suite was dated, the caulking in the bathroom needed redone, the toilet ran, the balcony french doors were in disrepair. Pros: The staff was excellent throughout; pool, spa, sunbathing area, front desk, housekeeping, restuarant, etc. Top notch and is what made the stay enjoyable. The hot tub had good jets, but would timeout within 15 minutes. The balcony offered excellent...

"Excellent hotel just off the top of the Spanish steps. Complimentary breakfast served daily with both hot and cold options. Staff was helpful when needed, and gifted us a bottle of sparkling wine for our Honeymoon. Room had a private balcony that was nice and had a decent view. I Would gladly return to this hotel."

"Perfect. But no coffee in rooms or lobby!"

"Muy buen hotel localizado en cerca de buenos restaurantes. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía en este hotel, pero lo único que mejoraría sería el desayuno incluido que debería tener más variedad. Fuera de eso, todo muy limpio, el personal muy amable y atento, hablan español e inglés muy bien y el aire acondicionado estuvo siempre como quería. En general 9/10 en todo."

"Very conveniently close to main attractions, quiet, safe location. Very helpful staff, good room size , good breakfast. Good value. Recommend! Note: if you use a white taxi it drops and picks up from the hotel door; if Uber you must walk about 50 yards. Hotel can arrange for limo transport at relatively decent price, but you must pay in cash…do the white taxi!"

"Servicio excelente buena ubicación"

"Clean room, not great overall ambience and decor (at least for my taste), looks like a Vegas hotel stuck in 2010. Too much air freshener everywhere. Close enough to the Colosseum et al. and a convenient 7 min walk to the train station, great view to the Santa Maria Maggiore.. but incredibly noisy at night. Unrelated but adjacent, I asked the staff to help me with arranging a private driver (luxury sedan) from the airport... I got a Mercedes, yes, but a 15 pax van with a driver that didn't...

"Excellent breakfast, good bus service to Colosseum and center of Rome"

"The breakfast choices were expansive - including all they could think of to please foreign travelers- however, the eggs were always cold and the pastries were lacking. I would have loved to have had a legit buttery cornetto instead of a soft bready thing that looked like a croissant. But that is the only complaint I can come up with. The staff was fabulous and helpful, the hotel was beautiful and we loved having aperitivo on the rooftop bar."

"The hotel was fantastico! Very clean inside & out, helpful staff & awesome breakfast. The bonus was the FREE shuttle bus to the city centre (Vatican City)."

"The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful!"
