"Our rating is based on getting food poisoning from the buffet on day, two of our trip and being sick for the rest of our vacation week. Also the public bathrooms are not clean and only one working sink some toilets didn’t have seat seats, and some stalls didn’t have locks. also didn’t appreciate being loaded into a special breakfast to join a membership to introduce the new wing of the hotel that is being built."

"Service was generally friendly, but not always consistent—some staff went above and beyond Like Maria excellent person ,while others seemed less attentive. The resort being so large means you’ll do a lot of walking, or rely on the shuttle, which can take time"

"Room was clean and comfortable. They will provide you water bottle. Pool was great unlimited regular drink. Restaurant was clean and food was good but need to arrange more sea food item especially salmon fish. Staff was friendly and helpful but do not talk English that much. This resort does not have an elevator. In our case we booked pool view room, but they provided us jungle view room which one we don't like it."

"Our room was nice with a soaking tub and hot tub on the balcony. Staff was amazing. Buffet was just ok in my opinion. A big disappointment were the "credits" they promised. A $90 spa credit could be redeemed $30 per day. The other $200 "resort" credits came with so many limitations that we really didn't an opportunity to use them. That slick marketing was enough for me to potentially book elsewhere next time as that was a large factor in booking here."
