"Checked in ok, room was awful. Beds were hard and made a noise when you moved. I opened a window and heard a drip, the radiator was leaking and had been for some time as the floor was wet, the TV was a picture of the hotel (no channels). Seen reception and was moved to another room which was like a sauna and again the beds were uncomfortable and also lots of noise coming from the room opposite until midnight. Swimming pool stunk of dam. Was no bar or entertainment due to a burst pipe . A...

"Alarm went off twice at 3am in the morning. No hot water for shower. Shower water was backing up. Hairs also in the shower. Explained to staff at front desk when we were leaving and they couldn’t care less. Won’t be staying again."

"The hotel was nice, a little bit noisy from other guest as the rooms was not soundproof. We booked the hotel due to the outdoor pool but unfortunately when we went it was closed, we understand it was seasonal but we visited 30th August so we assumed it would be open."
