"Hotel in small shopping mall- but noise wasn’t an issue. Standard room was fine for three- had choice of twin or double plus sofa bed. Sofa bed was of good quality and fine for an adult or child. Everything that you could need including iron and ironing board. Shower Staff were well organised, very polite and friendly. "

"Everything about the AX The Palace was truly amazing, loads to around this location. It’s only a short walk to the sea front with connections to Valletta. All the tours operators are near by so booking is easy. We found a local shopping centre only 14mins away called The Point and getting a Bolt locally was so easy. The hotel has everything from a Roof top bar, indoor pool and gym. "

"We were welcomed with open arms at the hotel. The reception staff was very professional and friendly, and they were so kind to arrange an upgrade to the executive floor for us.
The complimentary service we experienced in the Pearl Lounge was of an exceptional level. All of the staff there, as well as in the breakfast buffet area, was extremely attentive to our needs and we felt very much treated as royalty throughout our stay."

"Bed and pillows were very comfortable and breakfast was excellent, loved the fresh orange juice. We used the heated pool across the street even though it is the middle of November.
Location is convenient to the ferry to cross to Valetta and the airport bus stop is just a short walk away.
The only down side is that you can hear a lot of traffic and music if you have a sea view room. "

"From start to finish, our stay was exceptional.
Check-in was smooth, and although we were initially given a first floor room, the staff happily moved us to a fifth floor room with a balcony, no hassle at all. The rooms were very comfortable, but the real standout was the staff, super friendly, helpful, and truly fantastic, thank you to you all. Having access to the pool across the road was a great bonus and made the experience even better. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone...
