"Immense room! Felt very luxurious as do the super wide corridors. It was spotless and comfortable. Staff amazing. Would have liked a bit of mood lighting in the bathroom so my soak in the tub could be more relaxing, but that’s a minor point :) Also there was an uncollected room service tray outside our door when we arrived at our room, which I guess could have been put there by another guest. Gutted I didn’t bring my swimmers to use the pool!"

"Lovely room with air con and a small kitchen area with microwave, fridge, tea and coffee facilities, crockery and cutlery available. Clean and comfortable room. Helpful and friendly staff. We arrived early for check in & the hotel provided secure left luggage for us. Hotel situated close to bars and restaurants."

"The stay was for a stag weekend and is ideally placed for all local attractions, pubs, restaurants etc... However, it is in need of a serious refurbishment, as the rooms are tired, a bit shabby in parts and no air-conditioning, so was very hot even with the fan provided. All plug sockets were at one end of the room and the sleeping area had none, so fan wasn't very effective at night. There is no way this hotel is a £110 per night, which was £50 cheaper than they quoted direct. Maybe £75 at...

"Fanrastic central location. Nice quiet modern room with a big screen TV. Good control of aircon and lighting from a panel situated next to the bed. I thought bathroom was slightly worst condition with marks in the bathtub. In the morning there was almost no hot water, while it worked the previous evening."

"Amazing stay, arrived 4 hours before check in to leave bags but the room was ready so we got to check in with no extra fee and a bonus of an upgrade. I was pleased as it was our anniversary trip which i hadnt mentionned but when i did we also got free drink vouchers. The staff were super nice, the hotel fab. The breakfast amazing and with the bonus of free parking! Highly recommend."

"Short walk(10min) to the docks and easy access to the city centre. Good restaurants nearby Lack of lift so if you have big luggages, it would be a challenge to carry up a few flight of stairs. Room I was staying was at the top floor and unfortunately, it was the heat wave. I didn’t realise there was no air conditioning although fan provided didn’t help. I couldn’t change the room either. So that 2 nights stay wasn’t very pleasant. As this was a work trip, I think having a desk would be...
