Cari Hotel di Lembah Mole

"Parfait lorsqu’on a un vol tôt le matin. Le service de restauration était excellent aussi."

"I would avoid and book another hotel instead. Booked this property as it was near chessington theme park. A lot of things went wrong for just a two night stay 1. I had messaged them beforehand and even called them to inform them that my 2 year old will be coming with me so they'll need a baby cot. They confirmed it. I even called them a couple of days before and said that the cot will be in the room,. IT Wasn't!!. I asked to arrange it and they said it is too late and they won't be able to and...

"Great for what I needed, would benefit from some updating but worked for me, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again."

"The room and hallways/landing were outdated, dirty and in desperate need of renovation. Mattress was poor - worthy of a skip. It was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. Supposedly this was a DELUXE double!!! If it wasn’t for the fact we were due at a party in Dorking that evening and didn’t arrive to the hotel until 6.30pm, we would have insisted on either another room or ideally our money back and moved to another hotel."

"The hotel is located next to Epsom Race Course and has a spacious free car park (I expect it will be full on race days). The reception staff were efficient and welcoming. My room was on the 3rd floor accessed by 2 lifts (plus stairs). My room was spacious with a comfortable double bed, a 2 seater settee, a desk and chair. Equipped with a kettle, tea, coffee, and milk; a hair drier; iron and ironing board. The ensuite was a compact arrangement of a shower cubicle, w.c. and sink. Soap and...

"Parking cost me 10 quid. Thought it was free for overnight. Hotel a good spot"

"The rooms were lovely and clean and well presented. The breakfast room was light and airy and food was lovely. The grounds were well kept. A picturesque setting. The only downside was the bar was not manned and you had to wait for reception staff to call upon someone to come and serve you. The staff were all polite, helpful and friendly."

"Owners are nice, restaurant is very good. Pretty clean rooms but very old, low budget. Safe I guess but pretty sketchy vibe. Very small sink in room. Ok for male students/men on a budget, but not recommended for a single woman. Shuttle to airport is not free as indicated and twice the cost of an Uber."

"Id definitely visit again. The staff was friendly and helpful. Perfect location for an international traveler."

"The pictures online were not reflective of the establishment in real life. Pictures were very good and modern. In real life, the carpets and deco require updating. Carpets were worn out and the 1st impression not welcoming. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bedding was clean. TV didn’t work. Price was not different to a nearby well presented premier in. The shower water lukewarm and weak pressure. Overall, I really struggled to review the property in a positive light. I’m really...

"It was a good buffet breakfast"

"Shuttle to the airport, staff very nice, had a delicious Indian meal , continental breakfast"

"having been here once before i was looking forward to my stay, however i was in a different room inside the main building, while the room was very comfortable and roomy it did seem a bit dusty and damp, Sadly during my two night stay the tv was unavailable due to local Aerial problem, while i understand this wasn't the hotels fault it was very disappointing. Also no fridge was available which i was expecting as my last room had one. The large bath tub was much appreciated . A lovely outlook...

"The White Horse Inn is exactly what we were looking. We stayed in the larger "fancy" room and it was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The bar in the inn was as it looked in the pictures - cozy and quaint. We had dinner in the restaurant one night and it was excellent."
