"First we made a book by error by accidentally typing in the wrong date. So change the date we just had to pay the full room amount again. We asked them to refund the cancellation price because it was just a date error that we corrected immediately. They just did not respond and did not refund. Then we showed up and the room was right across the hall from the front desk, so I’m sure the employee there could just hear every word we were saying through the paper thin walls. The room was NOTHING...

"The continental breakfast was interesting with some Indian flavored cereals and couscous. They did have some gluten free options. There was yoghurt, salad and toast also. The room was really small which made it difficult to repack the suitcases in preparation for flying out the next day. The airport shuttle costs money and is not complimentary. The shower drain was not working very well so the shower filled up with water. It was overall clean and quiet."

"Zero amenities, no atmosphere, very few staff & bar closes at 11, too early for a hotel if you’re having a weekend away or coming back after a night out. Breakfast £25 too much for a buffet. Room nice but very dark, uncomfortable pillows."

"Arrived at the property at 12:30 AM. There was no one to let us in. We called Expedia help line but they were not able to contact the property. One day earlier, we were told that someone would be there. We were lucky to find another hotel that was open. Please refund my money."
