"THEY GAVE ME A KEY TO AN ALREADY OCCUPIED ROOM. My partner and I checked in around 9pm and the receptionist gave us a key to our room. I went to the room and unlocked the door and opened it to a woman in the midst of changing. We were both shocked! The receptionist was sorry for this mistake and gave me an "upgrade" room. "Great stay. Didn’t run into staff all too much but it was okay given the length of our stay. Nice, clean room. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Shower was the most impactful part of our stay. Water pressure was really poor and soap bottles were hard to work with."

"Front desk staff was awesome. Very friendly. Dinner at Covey Grill was an adventure. We ordered takeout and received the wrong order. When we finally got the correct order food was very undercooked. 9 hole mini golf course is really cool. Rooms were nice. Overall, a very enjoyable experience minus the food mishap."

"Enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites. Stay included daily buffet breakfast and reception evening snacks and beverages. Dining area floors and tables were often sticky, probably due to high traffic during the mornings. Otherwise the dining room staff did great in clearing up the tables and replenishing the food when needed."

"No housekeeping!!!! If you need anything you need to go ask in the front(extra blankets, pillows, trash bags..) . Room was kind of dirty. Floor was dirty foresures. We had to ask for a broom. They offered to have housekeeping come in and sweep and mop but my socks still got pretty dirty after the fact. The caulk in the shower is molding. The windowsills look gross, dirty, and dusty. "Our room was very clean, it is a quite location and we loved we could walk to the beach and path along beach area..the coffee was yummy and the lady at front desk was so nice..we loved having a fireplace and small balcony with sitting."

"Very beautiful place to stay. Very private and pet friendly. Rooms were very clean, I even checked with a UV light. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Not far at all from downtown and the beach. Right across the way is the gass station and stores to stock up on anything necessary. I plan on returning with family very soon."

"The location is perfect, the suite was spacious, clean and comfortable (I believe ours was the “Luxury Jr Suite” with 2 doubles) and the staff was kind and always available. The Elevator closest to our room was broken at the time, the stairs were manageable even for us on the 4th floor and we were able to bring our luggage up to the 3rd floor on the working elevator but that is something to keep in mind. "We really loved our stay with one exception. A woodpecker would wake us up daily between 6am-6:30am pecking loudly on the outside of our suite (#58). We asked if anything could be done but there wasn’t and it was a common occurrence. We would love to go back if we can be sure we could sleep in."
